Each region brings its own colours, embroidery, songs, and ornaments, yet all are united by a respect for craftsmanship and the stories of our ancestors. Folklore festivals in Slovakia are not only a celebration of traditions but also a reminder of the richness and diversity of our cultural heritage. The oldest folklore festival in Slovakia is the Východná Folklore Festival. The Liptov region has long been a place of rich folk culture, music, craftsmanship, and traditional costumes, which rank among the most ornate in Slovakia. It was precisely the emphasis on vivid colours and the contrast between delicacy and boldness that inspired us in the creation of this collection.
